UV Protectant / Scratch Resistant lamination. Prints up to 58 inches highLiquid Lamination:Liquid lamination is a very flexible, water resistant coating that will protect your calendared vinyl from UV rays, abrasions, and more. Liquid lamination is very adaptable and will move freely with your product. Film Lamination:Film lamination has higher UV protection, greater scratch resistance, and will protect your products from water, handling, cleaning, and more.
It is often added to printed products to increase rigidity and expand their lifetime. Product OptionsThe standard finishing for vinyl decals is a square cut finish. Die cut decals are also available upon request.Square Cut:As the name implies, your decal will be square cut.Contour-Cut:Contour-cut means that the decal will be cut in the shape of your design. Another way to look at it is to think of it like a “cookie cutter.” Your Decals are all individually cut out to the contour of your design.Die-Cut:Die-cut means that we will be cutting your decal to the shape of your artwork, removing any unwanted white background vinyl material and is installed using transfer tape.
After installation the transfer tape is removed and only your desired graphic will be visible. No visible background will be left on your surface. Artwork SpecificationsFiles that print best are.eps or.ai (in version CS5 or lower). You must convert all text to outlines to make sure the fonts come in correctly.
We can also print high resolution.pdf,.tif, and.jpg formats. Typically 300 dpi or higher is suitable for banners.We print in four color C, M, Y, K or six color C, M, Y, K, LC, LM. Please keep this in mind when submitting files for printing as color tone shifting may happen if file is submitted in R, G, B format. If there is a specific PMS color you need, please specify that to us when submitting your order so we can help you verify that the proper color mix is used (vector artwork only).Customer supplied files are printed as they are received so we cannot guarantee color, clarity or final output as we are just printing the supplied files and have not set them up for printing. If you are located outside of the Continental United States, please contact us for a shipping quote.You will receive a tracking number once your package has been shipped.After products have shipped, all shipping company terms and conditions apply for lost or delayed packages. We will not refund the decal cost if any shipping company has a delay in your package. We recommend ordering your vinyl decals early.Delays because of Acts of God or anything beyond our control will not result in shipping refunds. If a product is damaged in shipping, damaged goods must be returned, and then the replacement product will be sent.Lost packages will be replaced after the shipping company confirms loss. This generally takes 7-10 business days after initial scheduled delivery.Please order your decals early as we cannot control delivery after your product leaves our production facilities.
