Prosoft makes gateway modules I've used before, though I haven't gone rtu to tcp.Red lion makes some too.Depending on what kind of other hardware you have laying around you could throw one together that way too. Micrologix 1100 and 1400 both support modbust rtu and ethernet/ip out of the box, so you could make a converter that way if you've got an old one laying around.You're already dealing with the bane of everyone's existance which is a PC so you could always just do it with a modbus rtu opc server. (googled this one up but I wouldn't be surprised if there was a free one out there somewhere: ).
